Hardwood Floor Restoration Instead of Replacement. The original hardwood flooring had surface wear, scratches, discoloration, and finish deterioration. Rather than replacing the floor, sanding, staining, and refinishing restored its natural beauty, preserved the original material, and delivered significant cost savings for the homeowner.
Guest Room Transformation with Custom Window Seat Design. The space was redesigned to create a warm, hotel-inspired guest retreat featuring decorative and Custom Wainscoting Installation, upgraded finishes, and a built-in window seat that transforms the window area into a comfortable place to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or take in the outdoor views.
Ceiling Water Damage Repair. Damaged drywall caused by a water leak was professionally repaired, re-textured, primed, and repainted to restore a seamless finish that blends with the surrounding ceiling
Foundation Drainage and Waterproofing Repair. Water infiltration into the basement was traced to a failed and blocked perimeter drain system. The affected area was excavated, damaged drain lines were replaced, foundation waterproofing was restored, and the drainage system was upgraded to prevent future water intrusion and protect the structure.
Deck Restoration and Re-Staining. The existing deck was professionally pressure washed to remove dirt, algae, and deteriorated coatings. Damaged and weathered wood sections were repaired, treated for rot, sanded, and refinished with a protective stain to restore the deck's appearance and extend its service life.
Damaged and deteriorated siding panels were removed and replaced with new matching panels. The installation included weather barrier detailing, flashing tape, caulking, and repainting to restore the exterior appearance and weather protection of the building.
